How Much Drink Do You Need For A 200-Guest Funeral?

Getting the quantities right is the difference between a smooth programme and a panicked mid-afternoon dash to the shop.

**Our rule of thumb for 200 guests:**

- Table water: 8–10 packs (most guests take two over the day) - Minerals (Coke, Fanta, Sprite): 6–8 crates - Malt: 2–3 packs - Beer: 4–6 crates, more if it's an evening programme - Spirits and bitters: 6–10 bottles for the elders' table

Buy a little over rather than under — we take back unopened crates after the event, so there's no risk in rounding up. Tell us your date and guest count and we'll price the whole list for you.
